Why is the acquisition good for my company?

We are both focused on partnering with our customers to accurately collect, manage, analyze and report on data to make critical business decisions. By joining forces, we can better serve you by combining our expertise, resources and solutions.

The first step of our integration will focus on enhancing digital services to streamline your workflows and provide more robust customer support.  Bottom line – you’ll get enhanced assistance from our team of data experts for both new and pre-existing deployments of your CartoPac solutions. The increase in professional staff will also allow CartoPac to deploy large scale projects efficiently and successfully.

With the addition of AI development experts, the CartoPac team will have additional capabilities to adapt and expand its platform functionality to best meet your needs as they change over time.  The result – an increasingly robust and adaptable solution that integrates the newest technology.

The CartoPac platform will be integrated with AI’s full suite of data solutions. You’ll have access to an end-to-end suite of products and services that help you at every step of your data collection, management, analysis and reporting process for your assets.

If I have a current implementation/project in progress will this change impact me?

There are no impacts to timelines and milestones of current projects. The CartoPac Team will reach out to answer specific questions in the weeks to come.

Does my support access or sales representative change?

No – support and sales contacts remain the same. There will be no changes to emails or phone numbers immediately.
